Follow Long Island Expressway (Rte. 495) east to Exit 70.
Turn right(south) onto Rte. 111.
Follow Rte. 111 to Sunrise Highway(Rte. 27)
Go east on Rte. 27 until that road intersects with Rte. 27A.
Turn left onto Montauk Highway(Rte.27A).
In Water Mill, the Community Center is the first building on the right after the Windmill.
